The Embassy Plaza is one of Montreal’s most popular reception venues because of its diverse catering choices and elegant halls. Mary-Anne and Charbel had a wedding of around 200 guests, so you can only imagine how much fun they had sharing the gorgeous space with their friends and family. As this week comes to an end and it only gets colder, I find myself fantasizing about warm days in dresses and this amazing wedding at the Embassy Plaza, wishing I could be there today.

How cool is it that these two already have the best couple name ever? Not to mention they both looked stunning on their wedding day. Mary-Anne went for a gorgeous detailed gown by France B. Pronuptia, while Charbel took a classic approach, in a grey Vera Wang suit and a white bowtie. Mary-Anne’s glitsy necklace and hair pieces added just the right amount of glamour to their care-free elegant look, and her gorgeous bouquet and simple and sweet makeup by Gabrielle Vo made her look as radiant as ever.

One thing we love to see here is a wedding that keeps tradition a priority, but also puts a unique twist on it, and these two did that beautifully. The couple both wore two different outfits that day, their second being traditional Chinese outfits inspired by Mary-Anne’s culture. They looked just as elegant as before, and even had dragon heads at the plaza that are often used for Dragon Dances. A stunning blend of cultures and an amazing day for all who came! We can’t wait to see how these two conquer the world together.
